MemWerk focuses on two classes of memristive materials:

  • Nano-ionic resistive switching materials, in particular metal oxides such as HfOx and TiOx
  • Two-dimensional materials, in particular transition metal dichalcogenide such as MoS2.

Digitization, classification, and material modeling are employed for parameter-oriented material and technology development that can be generalized and transferred to other material classes. This includes the following main areas of research:
